Description
L'intérêt des festivaliers pour le stand de Surfrider Foundation Europe (SFE) lors du Festival Interceltique de Lorient a conduit à l'organisation d'une Initiative Océane sur le port de plaisance de Lorient.
Le lieu de rendez-vous est situé sur le stand de SFE, quai de Rohan.
