You have a chat feature and a button enabling you to send an email to all participants at the same time.

💬 The chat allows you to have a real-time discussion with participants who have signed up to the collection via the Ocean Initiatives website.

You can use it to interact with participants any time of the day.

📩 The button allowing you to send an email to all participants is on your collection page.

It enables your message to be sent directly to the email address of all the participants signed up for your collection. You can use this function when you have important information to share with participants (cancellation of an event, change of date or place, etc.).

If your collection group wants more immediacy in your exchanges, you can also use WhatsApp. Here are the 3 steps to setting it up:

1️⃣ Download the WhatsApp application

2️⃣ Ask participants for their telephone number in the chat

3️⃣ Create a WhatsApp group with these numbers

You can then interact in real time using WhatsApp on your smartphones.
