Plogging Challenge 2022 – The Society for Leisure, Culture and Sports, the Department of Youth, the Environmental Unit of the Municipality of Bat Yam & Clean Beach

La Société pour les Loisirs, la Culture et les Sports, le Département de la Jeunesse, l'Unité Environnementale de la Municipalité de Bat Yam et Clean Beach ont le plaisir de vous inviter au nettoyage de plage officiel "Plogging Challenge" du Festival Med'Action 2022, en partenariat avec Decathlon Israël et avec la participation du nouveau Lycée Darca, des Shinshinim de Bat Yam et du Maccabi Athletic Club de Rishon LeZion, le vendredi 21 octobre de 8h30 à 11h15.

Lancé en 2014 par le Conseil Méditerranéen de la Jeunesse, le Festival Med'Action valorise l'engagement citoyen des jeunes en Méditerranée autour des enjeux liés à l'environnement.
Le Plogging est une activité de cleaning originaire de Suède qui combine jogging et ramassage des déchets.
Cette action aura lieu en simultané dans toute la Méditerranée (France, Espagne, Grèce, Maroc, Tunisie, Algérie, Egypte, Liban...) dont le but est de parcourir le plus de kilomètres et de récolter un maximum de déchets.
C'est la première fois qu'Israël participera à cet évènement !

Les gagnants recevront des cartes cadeaux de notre partenaire Decathlon Israël.
Cet évènement s'inscrit dans le cadre du programme "Initiatives Océanes" de Surfrider Fondation Europe.

Rendez-vous à 8h30 devant la jetée de la plage Rivyera à Bat Yam.
Les règles ainsi que les gants et sacs poubelle vous seront donnés à votre arrivée, il est donc important d'arriver à l'heure.

The Society for Leisure, Culture and Sports, the Department of Youth, the Environmental Unit of the Municipality of Bat Yam and Clean Beach are pleased to invite you to the official beach cleaning "Plogging Challenge" of the Med'Action Festival 2022, in partnership with Decathlon Israel and with the participation of the new Darca High School, the Shinshinim of Bat Yam and the Maccabi Athletic Club of Rishon LeZion, on Friday October 21 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.

Launched in 2014 by the Mediterranean Youth Council, the Med'Action Festival promotes the civic engagement of young people in the Mediterranean around issues related to the environment.
The Plogging is a cleaning activity from Sweden that combines jogging and picking up litter.
This action will take place simultaneously throughout the Mediterranean (France, Spain, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon...), the aim of which is to cover the most kilometers and collect as much waste as possible.
This is the first time that Israel will participate in this event !

The winners will receive gift cards from our partner Decathlon Israel.
This event is part of the "Ocean Initiatives" program of Surfrider Foundation Europe.

Meet at 8:30 am in front of the Rivyera beach pier in Bat Yam.
The rules as well as the gloves and garbage bags will be given to you on your arrival, so it is important to arrive on time.
