At Headway we want our commitment to sustainable solutions and eco-friendly actions to continue after working hours. There are many little things each of us can do to protect the environment and Barceloneta beach clean up is one of them!

Think of it, over 90 percent of seabirds have plastic in their stomachs. The plastic and trash also seep into the ocean, where fish eat it, thinking it?s food. Furthermore, 25% of fish sold in markets today have plastic in their systems, which then ends up in us, humans.

Is there anything we can do about it? YES! With the support from NGO Surfrider Foundation Europe, Headway invites you to walk down to the beach together and spend an hour or two cleaning it up to help our sea and animals live in a safer environment.
