Karma Yoga is the path of unselfish action.

The plan:

10.00 - Yoga with Veronika @veronikaskyyoga (Bring your blanket or beach towel)

10.30 - Karma Yoga ~ Cleaning of the
beach. Follow @karmayogabcn on Instagram.

11.15am - Breakfast together on the beach.
(Bring anything you like to eat for the picnic.)

We have planned Yoga to warm up our body and leave mentally and spiritually prepared to clean our home.

Then we will separate into small groups and clean for 45 mins.

And after we will enjoy breakfast on the beach , share our experience, sensations and proposals for future meetings.

Do you want to be part of the change the world needs?

We recommend
1) Comfortable clothes.
2) Gloves and own bag (s) to collect waste, if reusable.
3) Be punctual.
4) Bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel for yoga.
